How we use your information
What this site collects, why, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated October 27, 2026.
This page covers systematiclongevity.com: the Systematic Healthspan Assessment and your results, the in-person booking page and the Early Access form. It is the site of Systematic Strength & Conditioning in Pacific Grove, California.
The short version
- We use your information to give you your results and to look after your assessment.
- We never sell it, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
- Your name never appears on your results page or in the de-identified comparison.
- Each choice is separate and yours: the de-identified comparison, the optional emails and a booking. Saying no to one changes nothing else.
- This site sets no cookies.
- Ask us and we will delete it.
What we collect
When you take the assessment:
- Your email address, which is also your account, and your first and last name.
- Your age, sex assigned at birth, height and weight, which are used to score your results.
- Your results on the eight tests, your scores, and when you accepted the waiver.
- Anything you choose to tell us about a joint replacement or a spinal fusion. These answers are optional and never change your score.
- Your choice about the de-identified comparison and, if you ask for them, the optional emails.
In the studio, you type your own details and make your own choices. If a coach administers your assessment, the Systematic team may record it as verified, and if an entry needs correcting they correct it and keep a record of the change.
If you use the Early Access form: your name, your email address, whether you would like a live virtual assessment or an in-person one at another time, when you are usually available, and your permission for us to contact you.
If you sign in, we email you a six-digit code and a sign-in link. If you email us, we have your message and your address.
The assessment is for adults 18 and over, and the site does not accept an assessment from anyone younger.
How we use it
- To work out your scores and show you your results.
- To email you your results straight away, and a sign-in code when you ask for one.
- To let the Systematic team look after your assessment. They see it with your name and email address, and get an email when a new one comes in.
- To answer an Early Access request, if you send one.
- To send the optional emails, only if you ask for them (see below).
- To build the de-identified comparison, only if you choose to contribute (see below).
Your name is used to address your emails and to keep your records together. It never appears on your results page, in the comparison or in a de-identified contribution.
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. Your assessment and booking information are kept apart from the studio's membership and training systems.
The de-identified comparison, if you choose it
On the final screen, a separate box that is never ticked for you lets you contribute your de-identified results to the Systematic comparison: no name, no email, nothing that identifies you. Only assessments that are professionally administered and verified count toward it, and contributing is what lets you see how you compare with others of your sex and age group.
The comparison only ever shows figures for a group, never one person's results, and contributed results also help refine the Systematic standards. Your own score is the same either way. To change your mind, email us and we will update it.
The optional emails, if you ask for them
If you ask for them, with their own box on the final screen that is never ticked for you, we send a few emails over the next three months about what your results mean and how to start. Ticking the box is your consent, and nothing is sent unless you tick it. They come from Systematic, about your assessment only, and are built from your own results.
Every one has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of them, or write to us, to stop them. Stopping them changes nothing about your results or your account.
The emails follow one assessment per email address. If two people use the same address, they follow the most recent assessment, and the emails for the earlier one stop.
When you unsubscribe, or an email to you bounces or is reported as spam, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of your address: a one-way code made from it, not the address itself. It makes sure the optional emails are never sent to that address again. Only the site's server can use it; the Systematic team cannot see it. Someone who already knew your address and had access to the database could still check it against the fingerprint, which is why it is kept out of everyone's reach.
We do not track whether you open our emails or click their links.
Who handles it
Your named records are seen by the Systematic team and by the small team that builds and runs this site for Systematic. These services run parts of the site:
- Supabase stores the assessments and accounts, in the United States, sends sign-in codes and runs the site's server.
- Resend sends our emails and tells us whether each one was delivered.
- Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, its servers see your internet address and browser details when you load a page.
- Calendly runs the booking calendar on the in-person page (see below).
- Plausible Analytics counts visits to the site's public pages without cookies and without keeping your internet address. Your results page, your account, sign-in, the Early Access form, the pages that confirm or stop the optional emails, and the team's dashboard are never counted.
When you email us, or the site tells the team about a new assessment, those messages are kept in the team's own mailboxes.
Booking an in-person assessment
The booking calendar on the in-person page is Calendly's own page, shown inside ours. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your email address and your answers to its questions, and Calendly passes the booking to the studio and sends your confirmation. Calendly sets its own cookies inside its calendar, and its privacy policy covers what happens there.
We pass Calendly only the campaign tags in the link you arrived by (which of our posts or ads brought you), never anything about you.
Once the studio connects its calendar to this site, the site keeps its own copy of each booking, so the studio can see who came and which of our posts brought them: your name, your email address, the appointment time, whether it was canceled, rescheduled or marked as missed, and those campaign tags. It never copies your phone number, your answers to Calendly's questions or anyone else's email address.
The Systematic team may link your booking to the assessment you take at the studio. 12 months after your appointment, the copy loses your name, your email address and that link, and keeps only the date, the status and the campaign tags, for our counts. It is never kept for more than 12 months after your appointment with your name on it.
Cookies and your browser
This site sets no cookies. Calendly's calendar, inside the in-person page, sets its own.
While you take the assessment, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off, and cleared when you submit. Your browser then remembers the link to your latest results. If you sign in, it remembers that you are signed in until you sign out.
To count how many visits reach each stage of the assessment, the results and the Early Access form, your browser holds a random code that is forgotten when you close the tab. It carries nothing about you.
How long we keep it
- Your assessments and your account: until you ask us to delete them, so your results stay available to you and a later assessment can be compared with them.
- Our record of the emails we sent you (your address, the subject and whether it was delivered): until you ask us to forget your address.
- Our copy of a booking, once the studio's calendar is connected: your name and email address for 12 months after your appointment, then only its date, status and campaign tags.
- An Early Access request: until you ask us to delete it.
- On the Early Access form, a scrambled code made from your internet address, to stop the form being misused: it counts for one hour, and is cleared the next time the form is used after that.
- The fingerprint of an address that unsubscribed, bounced or reported spam: for as long as the site runs, so the emails stay stopped.
- Visit counts: as counts only, never linked to you.
Seeing, correcting or deleting it
Email us from the address you used, or ask in the studio. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Deleting means we delete your assessments and your account, and forget your email address: we remove it from our follow-up records and from our record of the emails we sent you, and keep only the scrambled fingerprint described above, so no optional email can reach you again. Deleting an assessment also takes it out of the comparison. An Early Access request is deleted the same way. Forgetting your email address also removes your name and address from our copy of your bookings, and the studio can delete a booking from its Calendly.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page before the change takes effect. The date at the top says when it last changed.
