Not a diagnosis or a forecast
The assessment is not a medical diagnosis and does not represent a biological age. It does not calculate any one person's probability of disease, and it does not predict how long any one person will live.
Research links are not test validation
A study can show an association between a physical capacity, such as grip strength or walking speed, and health outcomes. That does not automatically validate the exact Systematic test as a predictor of mortality.
A paper appearing in this library does not mean it validates the exact Systematic protocol or its thresholds.
No universal cutoff for jump distance
Evidence from the general adult population does not validate a single clinical threshold for broad jump distance divided by height that applies to everyone.
The Systematic Healthspan Assessment is a physical baseline. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not estimate a biological age, a disease risk or a lifespan.
