About this library

About the Systematic Research Library: how is it built and reviewed?

The short answer

The Systematic Research Library is published by Systematic Longevity. It is built from the Systematic research handoff and additional sources approved through the review process. Every page is checked automatically against its sources, then read and approved before it is published. It explains research; it does not replace advice from your doctor.

How the library is reviewed

Every page is read twice before it can be published: an editorial read for accuracy and plain language, and a technical and scientific read of the science, the mechanisms and every additional source. The academic papers the library cites were written by their own authors, not by Systematic. Each page carries the date it was last reviewed, and nothing is published until it has been approved.

What the library is for

It is one place where anyone can see the thinking behind the Systematic Healthspan Assessment: what each test measures, where the standards come from and what the research can and cannot tell you. It does not replace advice from your doctor, and the assessment is a physical baseline, not a diagnosis.

The Systematic Healthspan Assessment is a physical baseline. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not estimate a biological age, a disease risk or a lifespan.
